We are not going to promise you that nothing will go sideways. Open up a wall in a home with any history and you may find a floor joist that was cut for a drain, a shower pan that was never sloped, or moisture where nobody expected it.
What we will promise is a responsible response when it happens. We tell you what we found, what it means for the scope and the timeline, and what the options are. If it needs a plumber, a structural fix, or an insurance adjuster, we coordinate it rather than handing you a phone number. And we will not start your project, pause it, and disappear to someone else's job.
